SMB Construction was recently awarded the Warren County Soils Conservation District award for Most Cooperative Contractor of the Year. Scott Baum was honored with the award in a ceremony held at Asbury Willows, Asbury, NJ.

SMB Completes Preconstruction Services for Sci Park

SMB Construction has completed Preconstruction services for Sci Park. This project includes development of an existing 35-acre site for a new scientific industrial park servicing the bio-tech industry and includes the construction of four new buildings ranging in size from 47,000 SF to 67,000 SF.

SMB Development Acquires Jimmy’s Doggie Stand Property and Immediately Begins Renovations

SMB Development recently acquired Jimmy’s Doggie Stand from the Town of Phillipsburg. Jimmy’s is located at 7 Union Square, Phillipsburg, NJ and is in the heart of the ongoing Town revitalization. This property has been left untouched for the past 15 years. SMB Development immediately began renovations to restore and expand on this property while keeping the historical charm it has always possessed.

SMB Forms Affiliation with SMB Development, LLC

SMB Construction has formed an affiliation with a new company, SMB Development, LLC. This affiliation is a partnership of four investors focusing on the redevelopment of Phillipsburg, NJ.

SMB Awarded Construction Manager Contract for Hillcrest Professional Plaza in Phillipsburg, NJ

SMB Construction was awarded the contract of Construction Manager for the Hillcrest Professional Plaza project in Phillipsburg, NJ. The architect for this project is Burkavage Design Associates. The owners are Hillcrest Medical Plaza, LLC and Hillcrest Associates, LLC. This exciting project is a 250,000 SF redevelopment of an existing shopping mall soon to be transformed into a medical, professional and retail plaza including total site development and improvements.

SMB Announces the Hiring of New Office Personnel
