SMB Construction, Inc. was founded in 1988 as a general construction company. Today we offer services in Construction Management, Design/Build and General Construction work. We cover all industries including the Healthcare, Commercial, Institutional, Educational and Industrial markets. We also offer pricing in various formats such as plan & spec pricing, guaranteed maximum pricing, budgetary pricing, etc.

The founders of SMB Construction have a combined total of over 100 years of construction experience, each member a specialist in his own area of expertise. Our office is located in Phillipsburg, NJ. We service Northwest and Central New Jersey as well as Northampton and Lehigh Counties in Pennsylvania.

SMB Construction fully insured and bonded. We are pre-qualified with the State of New Jersey for general construction work upwards of $10,000,000. We are also pre-qualified with the NJ Economic Development Authority and NJ Schools Construction Corporation to perform school construction projects in the State of NJ.
